Paul Herdener
Head of Business Operations
Paul Herdener is the Head of Business Operations at Symmetry Systems. Before Symmetry, Paul served for over a decade as a US Marine Infantry Officer commanding various units, leading battlestaffs, and deploying multiple times to Southeast Asia and Afghanistan. Paul has built multiple agile and resilient teams that rely on trust, clear communication, and passionate leadership to achieve their goals in the most austere environments. Paul is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds an MBA from the University of Maryland. Paul lives in Annapolis, MD with his family and continues to serve in the US Marine Reserve.
