Our products provide a detection-response service that detects and marks anomalous data accesses to our customer systems and data (“Customer Data”) to enable customers to tighten IAM policies around data, and to enable incident response teams know precisely what data objects are involved in a breach, and governance teams audit every access across every data store. In ordinary cases, we do not access Customer Data except in cases where a customer may request technical and other support.
Please note that the customer and not Symmetry is responsible for any Customer Data that is monitored by our products. This Policy does not cover Customer Data, including any personal information contained in it. Customers control the nature of Customer Data and are the data controllers, and are required to provide all necessary notices and obtain all necessary consent from any individual.

California Do Not Track Disclosure

Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We understand that the security of your personal information is important. We provide reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security controls to protect your personal information. However, despite our efforts, no security controls are 100% effective and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of your personal information.
