Sachin Tyagi is Principal Engineer at Symmetry Systems, where he uses his expertise in data engineering, distributed systems, and cloud platforms to design and build the next generation security products for cloud environments. Prior to Symmetry, he co-founded Optobizz, a fintech and compliance company focused on Indian small and medium business. At Optobizz, he built Optotax, a Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance product used by 1 million+ Indian businesses to prepare, analyze, and file their tax returns. Optotax was later acquired by Open Financial Technologies, a neo-bank for Indian businesses. As VP of Engineering at Open, Sachin was instrumental in building core banking and compliance solutions. Outside of work, Sachin enjoys running and cricket.
